So, entries for this round?

I was chatting with snowchildhero on Skype the other night when she brought up the idea of the red string of fate. I really like this idea, not to mention that it's well, kind of the only idea we have atm.



So, since this round is about balance, I had an idea to expand on that. What if one of us wrote/drew something that featured primarily either Dualscar or Mindfang, while someone else did something with the other? I'm totally willing and able to at least draw one part of it.


If anyone else has any suggestions, that's great and wonderful! :D But, it's due this saturday so I think it's pretty fair to put a deadline for all ideas on Wednesday? But really, let's try to knock this one out of the park so that we can focus our energies on that collab round!

I like that idea! Could I draw the other part of the red string of fate?
I'm not the best at drawing guys so maybe I can make mine up of Mindfang?
So um.. if you want I can help. And if you'll be working on the idea, send me a plan of how you would like the composition to be...
like how big would the images be, and would it be landscape or portrait? and like are you going to have a particular background or something or would it just be plain.

I will start working on it right now and I'll edit it to fit your reply once I get it. C:

Wow, Mur, when I made my post above this, this post wasn't visible. You must have made it while I was typing mine, LOL.

Anyway - The plan was to make it into a wallpaper and then icons (since it is required that we have two separate but related parts) but I could probably edit with whatever size. And if the pictures are separate but related they could probably stand on their own without needing to do the wallpaper.

As I said in the other post, as I wasn't expecting to even HAVE a submission at this point (and since Wed is tomorrow) I am fine with getting whatever, whenever. There is no longer a penalty for late entries, so if I had the art by Saturday I could submit for Sunday without there being issues. Obviously getting it sooner would be VERY much preferred and is what I had originally wanted, but again, at the current expectations and organization level...getting ANYTHING would be good!

It might be cool if you did the Mindfang side (having her part of the string be black) and mur did the Dualscar side (having his part of the string be red) ...That could be interesting and workable and in keeping of the "walk the line" sort of theme. But yeah, talk to Mur about the set up and stuff.
